Aircraft Hangars in Immokalee

Hangar One, 'Don's Hangar,' shows images completed by Compass Construction. Over the next few months, Hangar One will evolve into a premium aircraft hangar, creating a special environment for those seeking a more refined space.

Measuring 100 x 100 feet, Hangar One features an impressive 80 x 21 aircraft door sourced from Higher Power, widely recognized as the best in the industry. The aircraft storage area will be air conditioned, supported by additional insulation to ensure comfort. With four independent A/C units and large ceiling fans, we will maintain a dehumidified environment essential for aircraft storage in Florida’s heat and humidity. This air-conditioned setting is crucial for preserving your aircraft, a prized possession that deserves the best care.

The floor in Hangar One will undergo an extensive polishing and sealing process, involving seven grinding and polishing steps followed by three sealing steps. Once completed, the surface will resemble polished tile, ensuring a clean and dust-free environment, unlike typical unfinished hangar floors.

Hangar One will also include an office and lounge located in a mezzanine, available for tenants and their guests during pre-flight briefings or gatherings. This area will feature a kitchenette, refrigerator, and ice, alongside an executive-level bathroom and shower on the first floor.

Tenants of Hangar One will benefit from access to a tool and parts storage area under the mezzanine on the first floor. Additionally, multiple webcams with cloud recording will allow tenants to monitor their aircraft at any time. With internet and Wi-Fi supplied, tenants can store their tools and aircraft parts in the hangar and even keep a vehicle there when their aircraft is not present, creating a unique community for fractional ownership hangars.

Approximately three tenant aircraft will 'live' in Hangar One alongside Don's Citation Mustang; This number may decrease if tenants have larger aircraft. With 10,000 sq ft of floor space, there is ample separation, which Hangar One tenants will greatly appreciate in this premium aircraft hangar environment.

Hangar One clients will benefit from premium aircraft hangars with a 12-month lease at $3,000 per month for aircraft the size of Citation CJ or smaller. The rate for larger aircraft will be proportional. Short-term rental or fractional ownership hangars are not planned, as we aim to deliberately keep the number of tenants small. Each tenant will receive a key for full-time access to the facility, ensuring we know each other, which is crucial when sharing aircraft storage space.
