Hangar Two has an 80 x 21 aircraft door. The door is from Higher Power - recognized as the best in the industry. The floor in Hangar One will soon be polished and sealed. That is an extensive process with 7 different grinding / polishing steps, and 3 different sealing steps. When done the surface will look like polished tile. The sealed surface means we will not have a dusty environment typical of an unfinished hangar floor.
Hangar Two has a very nice rest room with shower. The future owners can add any other amenities desired.
Hangar Two may be sold in shares to 4 owners. Price is $650,000 per 25% share. The 100x96 ft of floor space is ample for 4 light jets of CJ size. If the ultimate owners have larger or smaller aircraft shares can be adjusted. More partners can be added if appropriate. The entire facility may be purchased for $2,400,000 prior to any other shares issued. The hangar and ground lease are held in an LLC. Partners will purchase shares in the LLC.
Hangar Two will be managed by Don until all shares are sold. Short term rental may be offered during that time.
