Hangar Two features an 80 x 21 aircraft door from Higher Power, a leader in the industry known for its quality. The hangar floor has been polished and sealed.  This extensive process involves 7 different grinding and polishing steps along with 3 sealing steps. The environment remains clean and free from dust, which is often a concern in unfinished aircraft hangars. 

Hangar Two includes a well-appointed restroom with a shower.

Hangar Two offers a unique opportunity for fractional ownership, allowing up to 4 owners to invest in shares. Each 25% share is priced at $650,000. With 100x96 ft of floor space, this aircraft hangar is spacious enough to accommodate 4 light jets of CJ size. Should the future owners have larger or smaller aircraft, adjustments to the shares can be made accordingly.   Each partner will own shares in the single purpose LLC which owns he hangar now.

The entire facility is available for purchase at $2,400,000. 

Hangar Two includes a 38 year land lease.  Total monthly cost for the entire hangar  is about $3,000 per month including insurance and common area maintenance.
